This is a non memory-resident parasitic Windows virus. The virus is silly and have quite short size - up to one kilobyte. It's buggy and infected program in most of cases crashes on a start.

The virus overwrites the Fixup file section while infecting a file.

The virus does not manifest itself in any way.
