胎動計數(shù)方法

　　在懷孕28周以后，每日堅持自數(shù)胎動，可以早期發(fā)現(xiàn)胎兒宮內(nèi)慢性缺氧，減少胎兒宮內(nèi)窘迫的發(fā)生。

　　After 28 weeks of pregnancy, you need insist on self-counting fetal movement every day that Chronic hypoxia in utero can be detected early, and the occurrence of fetal distress can be reduced.

　　一、方法：胎兒連續(xù)動算1次，中間間隔5分鐘以上再算1次。

　　Methods: The continuous movement of the fetus is counted as once, and the interval of more than 5 minutes is counted as once.

　　1、時間固定法：每天上午、下午、晚上固定相同時間各測1小時，3次數(shù)量總和乘以4即為12小時胎動數(shù)（12小時應(yīng)大于30次）。臨床警戒值為<3次/h，如達(dá)警戒值，繼續(xù)監(jiān)測1小時，若仍<3次/h，請立即返院就診。

　　1.Fixed time method: Every morning, afternoon, evening choose a fixed time   to measure for 1 hour, the sum of 3 times multiplied by 4 is 12 hours fetal movement number (Fetal movements 30 times within 12 hours are normal）. The clinical alert value for fetal movement is less than 3 times /h. If the alert value is reached, continue monitoring for 1 hour. If it is still less than 3 times /h, please return to the hospital immediately.

　　2、數(shù)十法 ：2小時內(nèi)達(dá)到10次胎動是安全的。

　　2.Count-Ten Method: It is safe that fetal movements reach 10 times within 2 hours.

　　二、胎動減少：胎動減少是胎兒窘迫的首要征象，如少于最低胎動閾值請立即返院就診。胎動次數(shù)正常但幅度明顯減弱，也請及時返院就診。

　　Fetal Movement Reduced : Reduced fetal movement is the primary sign of fetal distress, if less than the minimum fetal movement threshold, please return to the hospital immediately. If the frequency of fetal movement is normal, but the amplitude is obviously reduced, please return to the hospital in time.

　　兩種確認(rèn)胎兒狀況良好的胎動閾值：

　　There are two thresholds for fetal movement that confirm fetus healthy :

　　①母親休息并專注于胎動計數(shù)時，2小時以內(nèi)至少感受到10次胎動；

①When the mother rested and focused on the count, she felt at least 10 fetal movements within 2 hours;

　?、谀赣H休息并專注于胎動計數(shù)時，1小時內(nèi)至少感受到4次胎動。

②When the mother rested and focused on the count of fetal movements, she felt at least four fetal movements in an hour.

　　三、胎動增多：Fetal Movement Increase Obviously

　　①出現(xiàn)極其強(qiáng)烈的運(yùn)動，如反復(fù)踢、顫動等，過度胎動后運(yùn)動停止，請及時返院就診；

　　①If there is extremely strong movement, such as repeated kicking, trembling, the movement stops after excessive fetal movement ,etc. , please return to the hospital in time.

　　②胎動次數(shù)較之前增多50%，請及時返院就診。

　　②If the number of fetal movements increased more than 50%, please return to the hospital in time.
